When I first heard the single "Stylo" from the Gorillaz new album, Plastic Beach, I was a bit skeptical. Then again at the time I did have pneumonia and was lacking my Logitech speaker system. I have now come to my senses and this track has definitely grown on me. First of all, it is hard to go wrong when you have Mos Def laying down vocals. Also, the beat is hypnotic and has an 80's feel to it. Therefore, who better to be in the music video than Bruce Willis. Yes, Bruce Willis, this is no joke. I'll let you watch to see his role in the video, but the bottom line... it is dope. I still have some album reviews to catch up on for you guys, but make sure to listen to this new project by the Gorillaz and I'll be sure to write a review for Plastic Beach sooner than later.
